Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Yes. We take dietary needs seriously.

Our inn operates two physically separate kitchen spaces. One kitchen is maintained as a dedicated allergen-conscious environment and is not used for the preparation or storage of gluten-containing foods. Separate equipment, utensils, and preparation surfaces are used to help minimize cross-contact.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should notify us when booking or at least 72 hours before arrival whenever possible.

While we follow strict food preparation practices, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us before booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations or reservation changes must be made at least 15 days prior to arrival. Payments will be refunded minus a $30 administrative fee.

Reservations cancelled within 15 days of arrival are non-refundable.

No-shows are considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Do you offer travel insurance?

Guests who book directly through our website may purchase an optional Travel Protection Plan during booking. This plan allows guests to apply for refunds in the event of covered unforeseen circumstances.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. Cash and checks are not accepted.

Room rates are subject to New York State Sales Tax (8%) and Otsego County Occupancy Tax (6%).
