From the south(NYC): take the New York State Thruway(I-87) north at Albany, NY continue on New State Thruway(I-90-West) to Exit 25A (I-88-Binghamton) to Exit 24 off I-88 (Duanesburg) follow Route 20 (West) to Route 80 (West) to Cooperstown. From Syracuse and Buffalo: use New York State Thruway (I-90) Exit 30 at Herkimer and take Route 28 South to Cooperstown. From Albany and Boston: use New York State Thruway (I-90) Exit 25A, take I-88 to Duanesburg (5 miles), go west on Route 20 then south on Route 80 to Cooperstown. From Binghamton: use Route I-88 Exit 17, go north on Route 28 to Cooperstown.
